Xbox Game Pass for PC - Unable to load subscription

I understand that you are unable to find a specific game title while using the Xbox app. Before we try to troubleshoot, please confirm that you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription. a Game Pass Ultimate subscription is required to access any PC Game Pass titles. You may view your account status by visiting View and manage your subscription; there is a link that directs you to login with your account at the bottom of the page.

If you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription and still do not have access to PC Game Pass titles, please respond back to this thread.

To submit a cancellation, it can be done on console, within the Xbox PC app, or you can visit the cancelation menu directly online. I will provide the links below that can assist.

I understand how confusion the multiple options of subscriptions can also be. With that being said, I wanted to drop one more link for you that explains the differences through the multiple subscriptions available. If you're playing on PC, it's possible that an Xbox Game Pass subscription on console was purchased or a standard Xbox Live Gold subscription. To access the library of Game Pass games on PC, Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC are available.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you canceled Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and now your son is unable to use Xbox Live Gold.

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is three different subscriptions in one. It includes Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass for PC. If you cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you lose access to all three of these subscriptions. That is why your son is unable
to use Xbox Live Gold features.

Generally, users will upgrade their Xbox Live Gold subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. This will convert your Xbox Live Gold time to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate time. If you cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate after upgrading, you must

purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription in order to continue using online features for your console. We hope this information helps

the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and want to play the available PC games and are unable to?
