    Xbox Game Pass for PC Subscription


    I'm been trying to get Xbox Game Pass for PC from both app and online store, however when it come to payment it is display the message that my store region didn't match my payment issuance region which I have no clue on what the error message.

    I'm staying in Malaysia, would appreciate an advise on how to proceed from here.

    Hello Ivan,

    Yes with the game pass on PC you will need an Xbox live gold subscription also. Currently there is a subscription called Ultimate game pass, this subscription combines game pass for PC and console, also has Xbox live gold.

    Hi,

    If you bought the Game Pass Ultimate, you don't need to purchase a subscription for Game Pass PC, It's included.

    If you just have a Game Pass Console subscription, you should upgrade to Ultimate is the cheaper option to play on console and PC (you'll have xbox live for free) or buy an additional subscription for Game Pass PC.

    Just be careful, the game catalogues are not totally the same between PC and Console.

    I have Gamepass on my Xbox but on my PC I don't and I've tried logging out then back in and I am in the same account as my xbox

    Check you subscription to make sure that you are subscribed to Xbox game pass ultimate.

    You can only access PC games via game pass if you pay for a sperate subscription to PC game pass or you have Xbox game pass Ultimate.

    A game pass for you Xbox is exclusive to your Xbox.

    Xbox PC App won't recognize Game Pass subscription.

    Do you have the right subscription plan? Because you can usa Game Pass PC or Game Pass Ultimate on a Windows 10 PC, but if you have only the Xbox Game Pass subscription, this plan is valid only for Xbox console.
