    Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription not loading on XBox App


    Hi there,

    Hope you are all doing well and wondering if you could please help me.

    I have had Xbox Game Pass for PC subscription for a few months now. Have downloaded a number of games that I have played in the past. After not having logged in for a few weeks, the Xbox app no longer recognizes my subscription and thus I am unable to play
    my downloaded games or get new ones.

    My subscription is up to date.

    I am logged in to the right account on the MS Store App and the Xbox app.

    I have reinstalled the Xbox app a number of times.

    Somehow, the Xbox app isn't linking to the Store to recognize that I have an active game pass subscription.

    When I use the "Join" button to purchase a game pass, I get an error. See screenshot below.

    Its getting rather infuriating.

    I seem to have two different gamertags on the same account, and I'd like to change one. Is this supposed to happen?

    There is no option to share a subscription on PC, it's only available on Xbox.

    On your Xbox App, were you able to check the subscription if the Xbox Game Pass for PC is visible from there?

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Xbox game pass for PC is strictly games for the PC. You do not need an Xbox console. The Xbox beta app is downloadable on the PC itself. Here is a
