    Hi,

    since yesterday I cannot load my saves in Kingdom come game which I got from XBOX game pass for PC.

    I believe this is somehow connected with the recent update of XBOX app to version 1909.1001.12.0.

    I still see save files in folder C:\Users\Patrik\Saved Games\kingdomcome

    but from some reason game allows me to only start new game which I obviously don't want! after tens of hours of gameplay.

    Any help pls?

    I tried everything above but no luck.

    I still believe this shall be possible to fix, save files are in users folder, just the game can't recongnize it.

    I raised a ticket o Kingdom Come support but I don't anticipate any great answer from there (if any).

    Windows is up to date as well as store and all apps there.

    Still not working.

    I can only start new game...

    sorry to hear. Please check if your System is uptodate (Windows Update and Store Update). I got today 2 Game Bar Updates !!!! Also check if all of the XBOX Services are running.

    Yes, that works!

    I actually found it myself just today.

    I copied my save files somewhere else, deleted whole save folder and started new game and saved.

    Then I noticed that new save folder is actually created under totally different location!

    Here

    C:\Users\Patrik\Saved Games\kingdomcome\hpkrfxo9dkec\saves\playline0

    instead of here (original location)

    C:\Users\Patrik\Saved Games\kingdomcome\saves\playline0

    So I copied saves from original location to new one and it works!!!!!!
