Xbox Game Pass for PC not launching after clean boot

I tried to check the terado right after the clean boot, and then tried to launch a gamepass game, both unsuccessful

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Before considering factory resetting your PC, you should try performing a clean boot in order to see if a background application is stopping you from getting the Beta app to launch/install.

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs,
so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

I recommend re-installing the game after a clean boot to your PC. First, uninstall Microsoft Solitaire from your game library and then follow this guide step by step to restart your PC with a clean boot:

Sign into Windows with the same Microsoft account you set up your Xbox profile with. Open the Xbox app and then go into the Network panel and make sure your connectivity to Xbox Live isn't being blocked.

It seems you have tried a fair amount of troubleshooting already with no success. It's possible that there is another program running in the background preventing the game from launching properly. I recommend restarting your PC with a clean boot closing
out other programs so your PC starts up without anything running until you open something. Just click on the following

Since the app is crashing I suggest performing a clean boot to your PC and then if that doesn't help, you may need to re-install the Xbox app on your PC.

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp*| Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
