    Xbox game pass (for console) problema


    Olá, gostaria de saber oque se passa com minha inscrição no game pass(for console) com o custo de 10,99€/mês. Eu tinha os 3 meses de oferta na compra do console e agora renovei para o game pass somente pra console e não o ultimate. Entretanto não consigo entrar em jogos do próprio game pass (Palworld) e nem no jogo que comprei (Call of duty modern warfare 3), sempre sou redirecionado para a aba onde só é possível efetuar a compra do game pass ultimate. Qual seria a solução? Devo esperar algum tempo para que a inscrição seja efetivada em minha conta no console? Reiniciei o sistema várias vezes e sempre dá no mesmo! Posso pedir reembolso, se sim, como devo fazer?? Obrigado.

    Yes, you can!

    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is a Complete Subscription and you can play on Xbox and on PC.

    BUT, your save are syncronized at the cloud, and maybe you will have problemas with saved games.

    PROBLEMA GAME PASS

    It doesn't work on the account that owns the subscription, it doesn't work on the other account.

    It has been working on both accounts since march, so I don't that is the problem

    The problem is that the pc aplication doesn't recognise that I already have the subscription on the account I am logged in (the one that owns the subscription)

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have an issue with game pass for PC. You need to be logged in with the account that owns the subscription. It will not work on other accounts that don't have the subscription. Let us know if you need anything
