Xbox game pass expired and I don’t wish to renew but being forced to

Thanks for the reply. But ultimately it still means I am being forced to pay the subscription if i want to make any other purchases.

The reason you cant pay for anything else is because you owe money for the subscription as you didnt stop auto renew which im affraid is a fault of yours not microsofts. If you contact microsoft on the links you have been given they may remove the charge
but you must turn off auto renew. Once that is sorted you will be able to purchase things on your account as long as you have a valid payment set up on the account.

Hi RomelleGreenidge Go on internet on your Microsoft's profile, subcriptions and turn off recurring
billing. If the situation semms abusive, contact the support and explain your case.
