    I am a loyal Xbox game pass for pc customer and don't understand how I get the EA access that has now been announced. Xbox and EA both clearly stated that this access also applies to PC.

    EA access is same as xbox game pass only for EA games...

    if you're big fan of sports, it may OK.

    Have battlefield 4 through premium on Xbox 360, downloaded on Xbox one and after three months of playing it, it tells me I don't own the game and I have to purchase the disc when I have the full download on my xbox one

    If you mean you bought it via the ea pass as a trial for the ea pass

    When you cancel the ea pass you lose access to ea pass free games

    If you bought it at a discount with ea pass you will have to talk to ea

    Thanks for trying, DaleGoins! You will need to install EA games on the EA desktop app. According to Xbox:

    EA games in the EA Play library are accessible for download within the Xbox Game Pass experience using the Xbox app for Windows via the EA app, now in beta.     If you have a membership to EA access their is a discount on EA games, similar the way there are discounts for other games with a Xbox Live/Game Pass Ultimate membership.
