    XBOX GAME PASS e account XBOX LIVE GOLD


    Ho rinnovato come ogni anno l’abbonamento gold in aprile, il mese scorso.

    Questa sera ho voluto provare game pass ad 1€, poi ho preferito cancellare la sottoscrizione con rimborso di 1€. Ma una volta terminata la procedura mi è stato cancellato anche l’abbonamento gold.

    Vorrei qualche spiegazione e possibilmente un rimborso o una riattivazione del mio gi pagato abbonamento annuale, grazie.

    Thank you for keeping us updated. Do you have any other accounts that you could have redeemed the code on? Are any of those accounts able to launch the game? Do you have an

    Xbox Live Gold subscription    ? If none of your accounts show that you own the game, you could always convert your Xbox Live Gold subscription to
    Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate gives you access to Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass on PC all at once. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in learning how an entitlement for a game is distributed when the game is on Xbox Game Pass and free with Xbox Live Gold. The license for the game will always be on your
    account if you get it for free with Xbox Live Gold. You must have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription in order to play the game. If the game is on Xbox Game
    Pass     and you do not have Xbox Live Gold, you will still be able to play the game with an active Xbox Game Pass subscription on your account. Games get removed and added to Xbox Game Pass every now and then. There's no guarantee that a specific game will
    still be available on Xbox Game Pass in the future. As long as you have the entitlement for the game as a

    Game With Gold    , your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription will allow you to play that game. We hope this helps!

    You can cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate by signing to your account, and sign up again for Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass for Console.

    i might have a clue on what happened here,

    when i go to Services & subscriptions' page, on my microsoft account, below the Xbox Live Gold's subscription section, it says:

    Enjoy the benefits of Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold Upgrade to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

    so maybe my xbox live gold subscription is turned into a Gold + Game pass subscription, but how? I haven't done anything...
