проблема в следующем. я недавно стал обладателем консоли икс бокс. в коробке к ней шла бесплатная подписка на 14 дней game pass. я конечно же ей воспользовался. по истечению этого времени я отменил подписку и попытался купить акционную за 30 рубл. у меня
это не получилось. выскакивает какая-то ошибка. да к тому же сегодня обнаружил по выписке банковской карты, что сумма 599 рублей ( как я понимаю за подписку game pass) была сегодня снята 19.11.2018. хотя пробная закончилась еще 16.11.2018. прошу разъяснить
мне ситуацию. на данный момент ни подписки, ни денег нет.
