If needing further assistance with the process of requesting a refund feel free to contact live support.
When you go to Contact Usto get it to request a callback.

follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
  
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

It´s unsure. I have been looking through google and it looks to be something in your lenguaje, about your own currency and it dependency to the dollar. Not really sure, I don´t know what language was.
