I've tried, I've been been patient, I've tried everything you've suggested, but you've just ignored the problem and have done nothing at all to give me a solution.

Do you feel like getting back to me with a real, working solution?

If it is a 360 it's important to meet the requirements like physical region matching your actual region

Okay, my apologies, I didn't realise this was only gamers. My difficulty is that I've been sent round and round and round - including directly to Microsoft - and absolutely no one has given me any sort of answer.

All I want is someone who knows what they're talking about and can resolve the problem to sort out a Game Pass Quest issue with a game not registering the quest. I don't want to "talk" to someone, I don't want a "call back" just want someone to sort this out. The available options are just utterly cumbersome.

I presume you've not got access to my previous complaints on the same issue. It's the same log in, it's the same problem, it remains unresolved.
