How do I contact support so I can speak to a Microsoft personnel so this can get sorted out?

Nope still doesn't even work even though I put it in the right region. Maybe it's my ip address but I don't have any money for a vpn so I am pretty much stuck. Discord is not helping either and Microsoft is the only choice I have
