Xbox Game Pass Cloud - Wrong resolution on Samsung S10Lite

Confirm it on https://account.microsoft.com/services

Please note the Smart TV only uses Cloud Gaming which requires the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Be sure to check the device requirements below:

The Xbox cloud gaming app currently runs on 2021 and newer Samsung smart TV models with software version 1300 or higher. To check your software version, press the Home button on your TV's remote and select Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. The current version is listed on the right side of the window.
To verify that your Samsung TV supports the Xbox app, go to your TV's app store and then enter xbox in the search box. If you see the Xbox app, your TV will support cloud gaming with Xbox.

Thanks for your response, Ron. Unfortunately, remote play is not available for Xbox app on Samsung TVs. We can only play and access games via cloud gaming where there's no console required so long as you have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

It may be, my friend. It is not connection related because your phone connection test is very good. I have a Samsung S22 and cloud gaming is great on it. Have you tried to uninstall and install the Game Pass app?

Xbox App on Smart TVs: Microsoft offers cloud gaming through the Xbox app on Smart TVs. However, you should note that you will need a subscription to Game Pass Ultimate or a compatible free game for cloud gaming.

I want to play games with Game Pass Ultimate, However this is supported only on Samsung TVs if I understand correctly. Or will I be able to play Fifa 23 on my TCL TV?

Amazon Luna on Samsung Gaming Hub: Amazon Luna is a cloud gaming service that allows users to play on a variety of devices, including 2023 Samsung TVs.

Very limited amount of games supported. Not supported in Sweden (where I live)

GeForce NOW: Nvidia Shield is compatible with GeForce NOW, a cloud gaming service from Nvidia. Recently, Nvidia announced a new high-end tier for its GeForce Now streaming service, bringing a special benefit to the company's Shield TV device: 4K cloud gaming.

Sound like a good plan for me. I think I will do this but still disappointed because I have to buy "Shield TV" + "Geforce Now subscription" + "Xbox subscription". I was expecting to be able to play the games on my TV with "a single subscription" + "shield". Besides most of the Xbox games are not supported on GeForce now, but sounds like promising and improving.

Project xCloud: Some users have managed to run Project xCloud (now known as Xbox Cloud Gaming) on Nvidia Shield via sideloading. However, this method is not officially supported and is done at your own risk.

I will not trust on this, might break in the future Besides there are negative comments about the resolution.

At the end, I think I will go for "Shield TV" + "Geforce Now subscription" + "Xbox subscription",
and hope xbox/microsoft to announce something new; such as "official support of ProjectX on Shield TV Pro", or "Geforce Now includes Xbox game pass for free"...

Yes I have a Samsung tab e and I downloaded Xbox clouding and got the month subscription and it goes through the very first of the game but when you start playing like call of duty and other games it want let you play it start freezing what you think is wrong
