Xbox game pass charged twice?

Hello MS,

I couldn't find elsewhere to post this.

I just subscribed to the Xbox game pass, so i was charged on my DB card for first month @ INR59/- but my DB card also recorded another charge of INR71/- same item and described as below... This is unauthorized charge and should be refunded or explained...
i didn't make another purchase other than subscribing to the game pass monthly.

Charged for something not purchased

I was charged for Xbox game pass the day it expired even though I had used a code before midnight for a year subscription to the game pass, I would like a refund of the 10 dollars that was charged to the card

I got charged 10.65 instead of 2$ for the xbox game pass promotion price

There is currently a service alert up for purchases on Live which is probably the issue, but you can find information here on
how to submit a refund request.

season pass content must be downloaded in game or youll be charged twice downloading via xbox store

Then that includes Game Pass for console and PC. You won't be charged twice.

Thanks for the screenshot! That helped. You shouldn't be charged again, can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services, as your subscription time may have been extended due to you purchasing another month.

Already did that there is 2 transactions but I cant find how to refund, all I can do is cancel but I wanna keep game pass. Just pay once haha
