Xbox game pass/changing email address

Microsoft generally does not offer refunds for Game Pass subscriptions unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as accidental renewals or unauthorized charges.

Log In to Your Microsoft Account:
Visit the Microsoft account page.
Sign in with the account associated with your Game Pass subscription.

Navigate to Services & Subscriptions:
Go to the “Services & subscriptions” tab.
Locate your Game Pass subscription.

Request a Refund:
Click on the “Manage” button next to your subscription.
Select “Cancel subscription.”
If eligible, you may be offered a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Otherwise, you will just stop future payments.

If you do not see a refund option or believe you qualify for an exception, contact Microsoft Support.

Choose “Billing & account management” and follow the prompts to request a call or chat with a representative.

Si il a pas changer ton adresse email tu devrez pouvoir le récupérer facilement tu change ton passe de ton adresse email ensuite tu fait une perte de mot de passe de ton compte pirater et tu change le mot de passe tout simplement .

Nilay here and I'm glad to answer your query today.

1. Sign in to your Hotmail email via https://account.microsoft.com.
2. Go to Your info at the top of the page.
3. Select Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.
4. Select Add email. You can create either a new Outlook.com email address or add an address that you already have. Then, select Add alias. After you’re returned to the previous screen, select Verify, and then follow the instructions that are provided.

Once done, make sure to select the new email address as the primary alias because removing the old email which is your Hotmail will delete the whole Microsoft account including the Xbox profile.

Select a new primary before you remove the old one. To do so, select one of the other aliases that are on the account, and then select Make primary.
