    Hi,

    I recently contacted Microsoft support to cancel my Xbox Game pass because it used the Xbox Currency on my account instead of my credit card. I still haven't received the rewards deposit back and was told to come here and contact you guys.

    I haven't gotten a rewards points deposit in some despite having made several purchases in the past months. I feel like I should have gotten a deposit by now.

    Refunds are not handled via the forums. You would need to continue working directly with support for this issue.

    We cannot assist with commerce issues. Once Rewards Credits are deposited into your Microsoft Account, we can no longer manipulate them in any way. You would have to contact Xbox Support (Contact Us | Xbox Support) for

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that credits are automatically deposited after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you haven't gotten to 5,000 yet, they haven't automatically
    been scheduled for deposit. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.

    It doesn't. I paid for the monthly renewal, but it says it was cancelled. I didn't cancel it. So I either want my money back, which seems impossible cause it says I haven't purchased anything or to turn the effing game pass back on. I'm not paying these
    clowns $15 to cancel my game pass.
