Once on the site go ahead and follow the steps as listed below.

1. Select Xbox One
2. Select See other options and then under My account select See my purchase history
3. Select Show contact options
4. Chat with Xbox Support or Request a call from Support

You're right, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate includes both Xbox Game Pass for consoles and Xbox Game Pass for PC.
