Xbox Game pass auto charged me and I want a refund

First please cancel the auto renew here:

Then go here
https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-refund to request a refund.

it makes no sense. the game pass is 16.99 basse price. i wanted a refund within 2 hours of xbox auto buying it without my intention or me knowing cuz of ur auto charge that u do every month, so you dont give me $17 back or $19. but $14..... evenn though you just charged mr $19 CAD lol. it literally seems like xbox tryna to get a quick buck this makes no sense lmaoo. it [Mod Removed] me that $5 got stolen without me knowing and i never even wanted xbox, i only used it when the $1 promo was up and now its gone so i never wanted xbox. you guys auto charged my credit card which is so [mod removed] scammy like

If you dont turn off auto renew of game pass it will charge you for a month as soon as the two week trial is over. There is no refunds on subscriptions.

I have never purchased the xbox music pass but have been being charged for it. I canceled the auto renewal but would like a refund for what I was charged since I never have used it and just realized that I have been charged for it.

I'm talking about a one month's worth of regular game pass being upgraded to ultimate if I just bought regular game pass 3 days ago and changed my mind that I wanted to upgrade to game pass ultimate why wouldnt they just charge me the difference which if regular game pass is 12 dollars after tax and ultimate is 18 why wouldnt I just be charged 6 dollars or why cant they cancel the regular game pass charge or refund it and charge me the 18 for the ultimate instead ..itd would be absolutely dumb to of just paid 12 dollars three days ago for regular game pass and then if I want to upgrade be charged a whole new 18 dollars to upgrade
