Xbox Game Pass app still shows Xboxes I’ve signed out of as a possible choice to install my...

When you go into my games and apps and highlight the game and hit the menu button on the controller (small round button to the right of the big xbox button) it should bring up a menu with a choice to manage game.

As long as you are signed into the account that purchased it or the xbox is set as that accounts home console then any DLC including season passes should show up there and say whether its installed or not and if not give you the option to install it.

If it is not showing up there then either the account you are signed into is not the one that purchased it or the account that did purchase it does not have that console set as its home console.

Another thing that could have happened is that the season pass was refunded for some reason.

You can check the order history for the account by signing into it at account.microsoft.com and make sure the purchase still shows as completed.

As previously posted merging the two accounts is not possible.

The reason you are getting this message is that Hotmail/Outlook accounts are already MS accounts and can not be added to a second account as an email address used to sign in because the system will not know what account to sign into.

What you can do is this though I just tested it with my own.

Once you pull up the xbox app on your PC in the upper right hand corner you will see the X and minimum and maximum buttons with a circle next to that, that may show your avatar in it if you click on that circle at the bottom of that menu there is a choice
to sign out this will allow you to sign out of the current profile that is signed in once signed out and you click on that circle again it will give you a choice to sign in it will sign you back into the account currently signed in on your PC but it will also
give you a choice to choose a different account to sign into (this is just for the xbox beta app) this will allow you to sign into that app with your @live account.

This would be the only way that I can see that you would be able to use your @live account on your PC for your game pass.

Thank you for the reply, this is an idea I will try, although the only issue would be that in signing out from the xbox app also signs me out from other related MS apps across my system. So figuring out a way to isolate the account being used on the xbox
app from the rest of my PC may be a future solution to this.

The games don't show up in the apps list. I can't cancel or download the games through the Microsoft Store, it requires me to install said games through the Xbox app (game pass games). I tried wsreset, but it didn't resolve the issue, as the 2 games still show up as ready to install, and I can't do anything except view the installs in the Xbox app

Clean installed Windows - First was to download the Xbox Game Pass app, signed in with my account, installed Flight Simulator again, first it showed 152GB to go, then it changed to 1.4GB - completed opened to that loading screen with the town, and crashed back to the desktop with no error.
