Xbox Game Pass app says need game pass for quests when i already have it

I have the same Issue in x box console, but the problem is I cannot contact support in any means, because chat is disabled and there's no phone number available (location: Finland) https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us. I've been charged double and I
cannot install any games without joining Game Pass all over again each time I wan't to install a new game. The feedback bot ends up asking if I have read "articles" or contacted support!

So, any other good advice, any woud do. Maybe I should try other support sites than the localized one.

As a follow up an update. UK support helped me and solved the problem right away in a few minuts. Awesome. The localized support site sucks.
