    just as the description shows when I try to play my game pass games, it redirects me to the purchase game pass screen, despite my microsoft account showing I already have it when viewed in browser.

    If it's active, please open the Microsoft Store app, log out of your account from there then log back in. Use the Microsoft Store app to install or play any games from Game pass and let me know if it works.

    After confirming I do have game pass and logging in and logging back in it is still redirecting me to the buy game pass screen when I try to install any GP game.
