XBOX game pass app not recognizing EA App

I need help linking my game pass to EA
Webdesktop account that I need to install EA games on my computer. I got
the EA App installed, running, logged in and even the accounts linked
on the EA website, but XBOX app still tells me i need to install the App. The Xbox app is buggy as **** anyway, its quite ridicilous. If someone had the same issue and knows a solution thanks.

Thank you so much for letting me know and yes, it will be on EA's end since we have confirmed that there is no problem with your device or Xbox App. Additional to this is that your EA Desktop App recognizes the active subscription that was from Xbox Game Pass.

Thanks for trying, DaleGoins! You will need to install EA games on the EA desktop app. According to Xbox:

EA games in the EA Play library are accessible for download within the Xbox Game Pass experience using the Xbox app for Windows via the EA app, now in beta. If you had a previous account linking and it doesnt say "EA play with game pass" under settings-> my account -> my membership in EA Desktop app then I suggest

- Clicking Manage from the settings in EA Desktop app to go to the EA customer portal website and under Connections disconnect the xbox account

- Then log out of EA Desktop and exit both apps

- Then install a EA game from xbox app

It will log you into EA Desktop and link accounts giving "EA play with game pass" membership and start downloading from EA Desktop app

Note it says you can only ever link one xbox account to your EA account

I cannot access all my EA games that i used to play before. The EA application shows a message saying that my xbox game pass was expired and I have to renew game pass to play. However I checked that my Xbox PC game pass was not expired. I can still play games in xbox app but not games in EA play. I tried to restart the app and logged out many times, but no response at all.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue. I've confirmed that my EA account is properly linked, and I've also verified that there are no problems with my Xbox subscription. I can download Xbox Game Pass games from the Xbox App without any issues. However, in the EA app, it states that I need to subscribe or purchase the games.
