xbox game pass app for pc perks not working

Disney+ perk did not show for me in the Xbox app on PC. It did show on the Game Pass app on iPad, but said it could only be claimed on PC or Xbox. I was able to claim it through the Game Pass app on Android. (In the UK. Had done a 30-day Disney+ trial earlier this year already.)

Also check which app you use. Most platforms have several (Xbox app, Game Pass app, ..) and not all show perks.

When i go on the Xbox game pass app and go to perks it now tells me to claim it on my Xbox or pc and i don't have an Xbox and on my pc it says its not working right now

Am on both pc and seires s and the game pass app and on all of them there's only 1 perk yesterday when I checked my perks in my game pass app I have a bunch

Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your perks. Where are you trying to access your perks: Console, Mobile or PC?

Make sure your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is active. Perks are an added benefit for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members. If you need to, upgrade your existing Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions by joining Ultimate. Go to:

Xbox Game Pass

On the PC

To browse current Perks on your PC, head to the Game Pass tab of your Xbox app for Windows, then click on Perks

On a mobile device

1. Download the Xbox Game Pass app on your mobile phone (if you haven't already)
   
2. Once you're signed in, click on your profile at the bottom
   
3. The perks will be under your profile and Rewards balance. Click Show all
   

On an Xbox console

1. Press the Xbox button then click My games & apps > See all > Apps
   
2. Select Xbox Game Pass
   
3. Click on Perks
