Xbox Game Pass app for Android signs in but won't show Reward info etc

Hi there,

The Xbox Game Pass app on my Samsung Galaxy S8+ (Android) signs in but won't show my reward info.

This means I have missed out on claiming some points. I also can't view any current quests and I am unable to download GP games to my Xbox via the app.

This is a recent problem. I would say roughly coinciding with my move to Game Pass Ultimate within 24 hours of it being announced.

The error mesage I get on the rewards tab is "Oops, we were unable to retrieve your Rewards info. Let's try it again. Swipe down to refresh." This doesn't work of course.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I did but I just tried to sign in a few times until it worked. It does work though. Below is a screenshot I just took on my Galaxy S8.

and sorry to hear. But as far as I know, the app is not ready yet (beta)!!??

Check for updates and leave the fingers crossed ;-)

When you sign in, be sure to not use Edge on Android as it was the cause of my problem. I could sign in but no rewards info etc. I changed my default browser to Google Chrome and it worked fine. I hope this helps!

Thanks. I've signed in and out half a dozen times without success now. Strange thing is, it worked fine for ages, I've been with the Game Pass almost since the beginning.
