    Xbox Game pass app doesn't work


    For some reason my xbox app is completely greyed out and none of the features work and I can't look at any of my installed games. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a handful of times now and still no luck. I've tried repairing and resetting the app to no success. Has someone else experienced this issue and solved it?

    Did everything as said. Unfortunately, still doesn't work. Exactly the same issue still occurs on the other admin account created - the Xbox app doesn't fetch the Game Pass subscription.

    Hey, I have the same problem and this doesn't work for me.

    I assumed you meant that we should reset the xbox app (there isn't an app called xbox game pass)

    Is there anything else I could try?

    So, the thing I found as a way to get around it is to close the game pass app. Open the store app and try download it through that. Not sure why the game pass app doesn't work so well, but the store app seemed to get me much better speed.s
