Xbox Game Pass App (Android) on S22 Ultra alignment is messed up

So i connected the controller to my S22 Ultra and the buttons were also messed up there while i tried a game like World of Tanks. perhaps not in the same way as PC but Y was A this time and right stick was B. I connected and used Xbox accessories with bluetooth and tested each button and it picks it up fine. Very strange Only in game is when i see the problem i guess. i'll press guide button and open up xbox game bar and everything responds the right way.

Mine has been doing this too. I could keep the app open as long as I wanted to look at the games and decide if i wanted to play anything. The moment I subscribed to gamepass ultimate, the app started immediately crashing. Cleared cache, uninstalled/reinstalled app, restarted the phone and still won't work. Samsung S22 Ultra with up to date software. Has anyone figured out what's going on and how to fix it?

Problem has been going on for over a year.
I have never been able to long in with my Xbox account to sudoku, but i have been able to log into Solitaire, Wordament and Mahjong
I have uninstall, reinstalled, cleared cache, deleted data, reset phone, also got a new phone but unrelated and waited for an update in the play store to try.
They are, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, Android 13.

I used the Xbox app for Android, and I could click on "Get".
The 29-day screen remained the same, but the app confirmed the successful procedure.
Evidently it is a lack of alignment of the state on the website .... thanks for the help Buachaill Dona

Hi Josef, and thanks for getting back to me.

• The black screen happens on both Windows 10 and 11. I've tested 5 different computers, two with Win11 and three with Win10.
  
• It happens on all resolutions I have tested, to 1080p up to whatever my Surface Laptop Studio has.
  
• It happens on both the official Xbox app and the "Xbox Game Streaming (Test App)".
  

I haven't tested changing the resolution on any monitors to 1280x720, but I can try. (However, it would be weird if that was the case). EDIT: This had no effect either, switching to 720p resolution on Windows still showed a black screen.

I can hear the menu sounds when I move the controller around, but I can't see any image.

Streaming from my Series X to my Android phone (Samsung S22 Ultra) works perfect.

xCloud works perfect on both Windows and Android.

EDIT: 720p resolution did not help.
