    Hi I am having problems with xbox live and xbox game pass they tried to take money on the 19th and they couldn't do it so now I have an over pay also I had money in my bank on the 19th Jan so there shouldn't be any problems

    When you added the one month of Game Pass Ultimate, Microsoft converted your existing year of Xbox Live to Game Pass Ultimate. It became 1 subscription.

    Xbox Live and Game Pass are two separate subscription, but Xbox Live and Game Pass Ultimate basically get merged into one.

    In other words, when you thought you were cancelling the Game Pass Ultimate, it cancelled the Xbox Live remainder too.

    There is xbox live game pass gift cards same with xbox live gold gift cards. Currency gift cards can't really play for subscription payments.

    gift card says xbox live gold 3 months but when i go to payments it says xbox game pass core
