    Xbox game pass and Xbox live gold not working

    I'm sorry to inform you but it seems that your two services that I pay for on a monthly bases (Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold) have stop working for me to be able to play. Now I don't know why exactly when this started to happen but
    it was sometime last month that I saw this problem. But it seems that I can't claim perks and rewards from these services like the free games on Xbox live gold or the multiple rewards that come from owing Xbox live ultimate like the cloud gaming or the perks
    and the pc game that come with it. But if it helps any both me and my other sibling that lives in this house together have experienced the same problem and other friends in our group have experienced the same thing but have not contacted the support until
    I did. But in conclusion I would like to say if your able to help me during any time to fix these problems I would love it and greatly Appreciate it.

    P.S. Sorry If this letter comes off in a aggressive tone and I'm willing to wait for help and support from the Microsoft support team

    I am unable to download Xbox 360 games

    If you have xbox live gold and xbox game pass than it should work. If not maybe not work.

    If I buy Ultimate on my pc will it also work for Xbox?

    Game Pass Ultimate contains Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, EA Play (XBOX & PC), Cloud Gaming, and Xbox Live Gold. So yes, it will work on Xbox and PC.

    I had purchased the xbox live gold membership of 12 months ( estimated retail prize $59.99) from the store with my console, 2 game pads, and xbox game pass.

    Everything came in a pack, yet the purchased live gold works but the game pass does not work.

    Game Pass Ultimate includes Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass for Console and Game Pass for PC.

    You must have just Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold.

    Hi Jpzivot,

    Your Xbox Live Gold subscription and Xbox Game Pass are bundled together. If you are paying for Game Pass then Gold comes included. This doesn't work the other way around. Hope this helps.
