Hello me again......hey i just subscribed for game pass for pc (Beta)and i tried too download a couple of games and they want additional money off me for the game.....(halo III $8.96, age of empires II Definitive collection $18.36)....i was under the impression
that all games were free with game pass.......Im confuzed.......

I would like to clarify, did you purchase the game through Microsoft Store? If yes, kindly make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game was purchased.

Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, locate the game and make sure that the status is "completed". Once confirmed, sign out on your Microsoft Store App as well as your Xbox App, and then quit both apps before signing back in under the correct Microsoft account.
