Hi Mehmet,

Thank you for bringing this question to the forums. Regarding your Game Pass subscription, if it currently has the automatic renewal designation, then it will renew on April 9th. If you would like to cancel your subscription or turn off the function for
automatic renewal, then you may choose to do so online in your account. If you would like to continue the subscription until it is set to end on the following month, rather than immediately, I would recommend that you choose to discontinue the auto renewal.

Here is the link to instructions on how to make this designation in your Microsoft account: How to cancel your Xbox subscription.
It will have the full instructions for you to either cancel fully, or to end the subscription on its next renewal date.

If you get a notification stating that the attempted payment for your Xbox subscription was declined due to an outstanding balance, you’ll need to pay the balance owed before you can renew your subscription.

Would you mind explaining what it is that you would like help with? Are you trying to cancel your Game Pass subscription or are you requesting a refund for a Game Pass subscription that was canceled?
