Xbox Game Pass 3 months Issue

My brother had the same issue. He had the offer showing but when we tried to buy it the option doesn't come up, only to pay the full price of 12Pounds. We tried it from a browser as well as from his Xbox. In the end, we had to pay the full price.

Could you explain further about what's bugged about it? Are you experiencing issues completing the purchase, is the correct price not being displayed, or is it all of the above? Xbox Sales and Specials should detail all promotions going on, if you're concerned
