Xbox Game pass 3 months for $1 bundle. (Holiday special) with discord and spotify

Last year (November 2019) i signed up for Xbox game pass, 3 months for $1 deal. With that bundle, it included spotify premium for 6 months, Discord nitro for 3 months and EA access for 1 month. It said that those three benefits would expire by September
2020. The Xbox showed me the QR codes to redeem them but I did not redeem them yet. I figured I had plenty of time to redeem it. I also foolishly did not copy the codes either. It is now May 2020 and I want to redeem those three benefits. However, I am unable
to find the codes for redemption. The Xbox one console does not show it and I tried checking my Xbox and Microsoft account as well. Is there any way possible to access those codes? Thank you so much.

This promotion ended in January, the codes are no longer available.

I signed up for xbox game pass during the promotion though. My account received QR codes for all three of those services. However, I never saved the codes. I am trying to access the codes somehow so I can redeem them.

Oops this is my fault, I meant there was a promotion with discord and spotify where if you got the game pass ultimate by January 6th (which I did) then you get spotify premium and discord nitro codes along with 3 months of xbox ultimate game pass, I have
the pass but support told me to wait 10 days for the other codes and I cant reach them anymore and its almost been 2 months.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums! Only Game Pass Ultimate are able to redeem the 3 Months Discord Nitro. On Xbox you should be able to find it under Game Pass tab in the main
dashboard > Game Pass and you should see the Discord, EA Access and Spotify Premium redeem tile.
