Xbox game pass 3 month trial for £1

So i took advantage of this offer and straight away headed to the account management to turn off recurring billing. Whilst there is said if i turn it off i will lose my xbox gamepass ultimate in january 2021. We are now in 2019 and i i have paid £1 for
3 months so i was expecting it to say i will lose the privileges in march 2020? i am so confused buy it i am about to just cancel and get a refund

How can the next charge be 2021?

If you redeem the 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate is the one that will count, you wont have 3 months plus 14 days, but only the 3 months. This happens always when you have activated a trial and you put a non trial code (1 month and above)

Well, as the others says, it's a one time deal. You cannot upgrade again of you already have pay the 1$.

It's mostly because it's a trial. I think of it kinda like a gift to the community. I recently get the 1$ 3 months game pass deal, and then upgrade. So I have the 3 month upgraded to xbox xbox pass ultimate.

If you had an existing Gold subscription on your account and you took advantage of the Game Pass Ultimate offer, all those months of Gold were converted to Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Game Pass console, Game Pass PC and Xbox Live Gold. If you turn
off auto-renew, your GP Ultimate subscription ends at the end of the purchased period (your remaining months of Gold - now converted to GP Ultimate - plus the three months of Ultimate), taking with it all three of those services. If you wish to renew just
Xbox Live Gold, you can do so after the subscription ends.

Yes thanks for the replies, i didn't understand that all my current months (12 of them) would get converted. What a good deal with 3 months added on as well for £1. All my friends didn't think it worked like this. I'm sure if it was fully explained in
more detail on the offer everyone would do it.
