Xbox game on PC platform, unable to launch game

I follow the steps twice , and reboot the pc , now I am not able to login to xbox (btw , i can login to msstore) , and the red error "connect to network" still appears

All thing could be just the china's network ??? But why everything just fun few days ago.

I think I will give up the xbox pc , going back to steam.

Please try and double check the next:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too. (If possible, if not. Ignore this)

Now go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Finally try again to see if the issue persist.

If I may ask, are you unable to launch any Xbox games including Lego racing on your device, is that correct?

Also, may I know which platform device are you using to play your games, is it on Windows PC or Xbox console?

Sorry you're still having trouble. If you are still unable to launch the game from the Beta App then please find the game in the Start Menu of the PC and launch it from there
