Xbox game library isn't loadimg

I have an Xbox one s and every since the Xbox services had issues last weekend my full game library isn't loading. (this includes ea play, owned games, games with gold). It simply shows the "Check back in a little bit. We're having trouble getting your stuff right now". I've tried different troubleshooting steps from other threads I've found but nothing works.

Usually, we just need to refresh it. Kindly follow the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Still no success. Is there anything else you can think about? I think I'll just factory reset my network

I'm sorry to know that, MM-11. I have checked and there seem to be no reported issues I also check on my Xbox to validate and everything seems to be working just fine.

The next option that we can try is to connect on a different network connection. A hotspot will do just to test it out.

Oh shoot. I just checked my library via the app without my wifi and using data and they are showing fine. (which was not displaying the games when connected to the wifi)

Is there anything you think I should do to my network settings to allow access?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.
