Xbox game key STOLEN BY XBOX SUPPORT

Hello,

My friend got me a key for overwatch legendary edition but i had trouble redeeming the code. I then contacted xbox support and the person told me to give him the code to check if he could swap it, after i gave it to him he said he couldnt help me and told
me to tell my friend about it. When i tried redeeming the code again it was already taken and the only people that knew the code were me and xbox support

MS Points Stolen

My issue was resolved by support surprisingly quick. I was given a free month of xbox live and codes for 20 more points than were stolen. Thanks, support.

yea cdkeys 95% of the time is good from what I hear its some of the sellers have been caught using stolen keys or bought steam keys using stolen cc's ala the origin fiasco a few months ago

 

I'm pretty sure microsoft wouldn't ask for the direct code but they would ask for you to double check to ensure your inputting it correctly.

Do you know where your friend got the code? Can you produce any receipt for the transaction?
