    Does anyone else have a issue with their xbox play playing high rendering games like GTA5 (Grand Theft Auto V) or destiny 2.

    My situation: I’ve been trying to to play gta online for about a month no i keep trying and trying i reset my console several times i bought the digital version tried the disc version again and I always have the same when my game will finally open it plays
    for a couple of minutes (2-5) then i get a black screen with nothing on it after that i get kicked to my dashboard every time.

    So i thought it was just Gta but it does it with several games and the games that wont open just say ( THAT TOOK LONGER THAT EXPECTED) .

    But recently i’ve been getting a different message the new message says (If that doesn’t work restart your console if that still doesn’t work reset your console

    PLEASE HELP( if u can)

    This error occurs when there are problems with loading profile data. Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button for 10 secs and try again.

    you getting any error messages?

    lets powercycle the console, steps can be found here: https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

    if its a no disc error or you dont known this game error then please go to settings then disc and blu-ray and clear storage then reboot the console as a hard reset powercycle.

    next step would be to uninstall and reinstall games.

    With regards to any game or DLC - it will be linked to the account that purchased it. If you no longer have that account, and you have a new one, you will have to purcahse games and content again. I don’t believe you can transfer purchases either - thats
    just the way it is.

    I think what you are saying with regards to gamepass is that you are frustrated you bought a game, and now it’s available on there? In which case I don’t see the issue, gamepass is a fairly new service and games getting added is a good thing, you may have
    bought some, but you wont have bought others. It wouldn’t be a great service is only new games that were never sold before were added. New games are getting added to gamepass too like Gears 5, so the service is getting even better as time goes on. Sorry if
    this wasn’t your point, and I mis understood.
