    Yesterday we purchased GTAV GREAT WHITE via the Game (UK) website using a gift card that we had, and then trying to redeem the code on the Xbox one it stated that it had already been redeemed, however, its not showing up on our account, could you
    please help ?

    I redeemed a gift card for the US Xbox One store to buy Injustice: gods among us, although I
    don't live in the US. I managed to redeem the gift card, but each time I try to buy Injustice: gods
    among us, which a Xbox 360 backwards compatible game for the Xbox One, it returns me to my
    country's Xbox One Store. And when I buy an Xbox One game, I can't select the amount that I
    got from the gift card, even though it says so in my profile.
    How can I fix this ?

    Hey there,

    If you purchased a digital code from a 3rd party retailer that is showing as redeemed already, you will want to reach out to that specific retailer you purchased from for assistance. We're unable to assist with codes purchased from 3rd party retailers if
    they were already redeemed.
