Xbox game clips not working properly on Xbox One

hi this is gonna be my third time posting about this problem and still no solution has been found. I have very fast internet speed along side tons of storage inside my xbox. Whenver I decide to record a cool moment that has happened, when watching the
clip back it becomes laggy and unwatchable. I'm only concerned about fixing the dvr problem and bringing my clips looking normal again cause now they make it look like very game I play is unplayable

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

The Dashboard Preview team is aware of problem(s) with Game DVR 4K recordings not working properly and have implemented the 1080P recording as a workaround so that one at least gets a clip instead of nothing or an unusable 2 second clip. We'll have to
wait and see if they continue to investigate and resolve the issue with 4K clips in future.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Game Clips. To help clarify the issue a bit more:

Is this the only game the feature does not work on?
What is the error message you are receiving?

One thing I recommend to check is the OneDrive memory space. Game clips are usually automatically sent to the OneDrive.
