Xbox Game Clip Suspension

Exactly, I got banned for 8 days for posting a game clip in gta. I can't believe what xbox has become like I am scared to even change my gamerpic or upload a game clip because I fear of losing my account. I love how you can't even contact them you have to file an appeal they deny 99% of the time. Thanks to enforcement I won't express myself because that goes against the terms of service but little Timmy booting people offline doesn't.

.i was literally put on one a few hours ago apparently when i was asleep for a game clip, anything i ever post will show that i do nothing wrong in the clips.

it apparently started at 5:27 am

They denied my appeal and had the cheek to call me a valued customer "Yeh right", spoiled my bank holiday weekend that I had planned all week to go online with the lads, now denying me of the service I am paying for, and all because they can't look into the their unethical immoral system.

How many loyal Xbox members are they going to loose before they sort this annoying flaw out.

I'm full of resentment and anger, seriously starting to dispise Xbox. Funny how you can go from loving to being loyal to hatred and dispise over an incident like this.

I literally had the same thing happen to me a few minutes ago.

My friends and I were messing around in a friends only lobby in GTA Online and I decided to take a clip of the moment and then a few minutes later, I checked my phone to find that I received an 8 day suspension because of that clip.

This is really messed up, I got sanctioned by Xbox because I used a feature that is on my controller , that they advertised and as you rightfully said, during those 8 days, I will be charged for my gamepass.

This isn't fair at all, especially considering that most of my friends were die-hard Playstation fans and I convinced them to switch to Xbox so that we can play online.

I filed an appeal but God knows if that will work.

Frankly this is really disgusting.

At this rate, I think it's best if I go back to Playstation for console gaming and switch to PC gaming via a steamdeck for online gaming with my crew.

Thanks for the helpful information, like you actually cared about my issue and you went above and beyond to help me "I'm very impressed". Xbox should employ you to teach them about customer care, then maybe they wouldn't loose loyal customers.

As it stands now, I'm at the end of my teather and thinking of selling me xbox tomorrow after this diabolical incident.

How can they sell someone a game from their store, encourage you to record game clips then ban me for it when I haven't even shared the clips with anyone, then if that wasn't bad enough they are still going to charge me for my Xbox subscriptions.

Seriously had enough. The CEO needs to sit down with the people who are making these rules as they are setup to basically rob the customer of their hard earned money even tho it is Xbox that is in the wrong.
