Xbox game bar toredo is unable to qualify

Have been using without any problems and now today it wont let me join my friends parties or chats and says this on settings. Teredo is unable to qualify and Servers are blocked. I tried microsofts guide but didnt do anything. It says on cmd when typed
netsh interface Teredo show state it shows its disabled, but when i type to default to start it it still says disabled. So frustrating.

Toredo is not actually the main problem. On windows 10, after pressing fix now, I would still get the ‘toredo is unable to qualify’. But the server connectivity would be fixed which would let me play with my friends. Toredo is not the problem.

It's working today. I didn't do anything to fix it, so maybe it was a server issue yesterday. Today, NAT Type = Toredo is unable to qualify, but Server connectivity = Connected.

Toredo being unable to qualify would certainly do it.

Toredo is part of Windows these days...back with Windows 8 (maybe even Windows 7) it was a separate adapter. IPV6 possibly wouldn't make a difference...my Toredo used to work fine and my ISP doesn't offer IPV6 either. Might be worth trying the solutions in the FAQ page:
