Xbox game bar takes clips of netflix when im asleep and deletes video files from my computer

You can post screenshots taken from a game on the Xbox app. You can also post screenshots or video clips taken from other apps on your computer by using the Game DVR on Windows 10. When playing a game, press the
Windows logo key + G to open Game bar. Select "Yes, this is a game" if you see a screen asking if you want to open Game bar. With this action, you will be able to take screenshot or video clips on other games
or apps on your computer.

So the Game Bar works and is responsive, but the clip itself is not recording properly? I would first take the clip file itself and try to watch it on another computer, see if the issue persists there. That will identify if the issue is on that computer

Normally, there's no delay when recording clips on Windows 10. It's possible that a corrupted system file is affecting the issue. Have you checked if your computer is updated? Also, does the issue occur to video clips?

In the meantime, I recommend that you turn off the Game bar and Game DVR by going to
Settings > Gaming on your computer, then check if the audio and video are now synced.
