Xbox Game Bar raw 60FPS clips not uploading to YouTube in 60FPS; Needs fixing

Xbox Game Bar has been having an issue since November where if you record a clip in 60FPS and then upload the raw clip to YouTube, the final upload will be less than 60FPS.

    Crew 2 4K 60??

The youtube titles say 4k/60fps but in the video they say only 30fps on console, the only way your gonna get 4k/60fps is on pc with ultra settings applied.

    30fps vs 60fps

60fps looks better in all those clips, but both have to be consistent or it looks awful.

    4K Passthrough?

I saw it has HDMI 2.0B thingy on this site.

If say you connect an Xbox One X to your 4K HDTV, you should still be able to:

    1. Download the YouTube and Netflix apps, onto your Xbox One X, and still be able to watch in 4k 60fps?

    2. Use Xbox One X 4k Blu-ray player to watch 4k Blu-ray disc movies in 4k 60fps?

    3. Play games on Xbox One X, in 4k 60fps?

    .... right?

    30 fps vs 60 fps

Obviously 60fps is better. If Xbox 360 can play games natively at 720p aka Halo 4 is natively 720p on Xbox 360, Xbox 1 should be able to play games at 1080p 30 or 60fps, or 720p @ 60fps.

    Ryse looks wack asf.

Too bad Youtube doesn't show you 60fps. It would look even better.
