Xbox Game Bar Performance Widget always stuck at 0 percent

Hello,

I was trying the performance widget for xbox game bar, however it does not seem to work.

At random intervals, the xbox game bar just decides to stop and gets stuck at everything at 0 percent.

I tried restarting my pc, reinstalling xbox game bar, and xbox game bar services and the xbox app.

I also tried setting myself to "Performance Log Users" and "Performance Monitor Users" groups, however I cannot make it seem to work.

Is there any solution to fixing this?

Hello, thank you for responding.

I already tried before the steps you mentioned above, and it still doesn't work.

Also, it is not only the fps counter that is stuck, but it's the entire performance widget that is stuck too.

When you set the FPS counter in Game Bar, your user account will be added to the Performance Log Users group (if your account is the device administrator or the administrator added your account to the group). If you don't see the FPS counter after restarting your PC (the Request Access button still appears in the FPS tab), to verify that your account has been added to the Performance Log Users group, type Computer Management in the search box. desktop and select Local Users and Groups > Groups > Performance Log Users. If you don't see your account in the Members box, request access again in the FPS tab of the Game Bar Performance widget and restart your PC.

If you still don't see FPS information after retrying access, to manually add your administrator account to the group, type Computer Management in the desktop search box, select Local Users and Groups > Groups > Performance Log Users, Press Add and follow the prompts. Restart the PC for the changes to take effect.
