Xbox Game Bar party errors (Error code 0x00000000)

For some reason I cant join or host parties using the Xbox game bar app on my pc. It isnt a teredo or ipv6 issue but rather just an issue with the app. My NAT type is Open and connected, I've updated the app and it still doesnt work, I've repaired it,
reset it, uninstalled it, and even did a system restart of my pc and it still wont work. I get the same error code, "0x00000000" every time. It'll let me be in a party every once in a while but if i leave the party it wont work again. This has been going on
for over a week and is getting very irritating, I would appreciate a response for it, thanks.

The following steps may fix the issue:

Download the error repair application
Install and launch the application
Click the Scan Now button to detect error causes
Click the Repair All button to fix the error

The same application can be used to run preventative measures to reduce the chance of this or other system issues appearing in the future.
