Xbox Game Bar: Party Chat keeps dropping

Hello,

So I have been having this problem for the better part of a week. So I will be in a party chat and after 30-60 minutes I will disconnect from the party. This will happen frequently and periodically all day.

What happens

When the party disconnects, I click Windows+G to go to game bar and check the party. The computer notifies me that the people have left the party and immediately join back. When I look at the party, it says everyone in the party has "Disconnected" and a message that says "Something has gone wrong with the party"

From there the game bar is a little buggy. When I try to leave the party, it does not immediately respond. Even If I leave the party or not, and I try to rejoin the party chat I was originally in, Game bar does not respond and I cant join. The makeshift solution to this is I have to leave the broken chat, start my own party, leave the made party, then join back.

After I join back, all is normal for about 30-60 min until it breaks again.

As to where the problem lies, I do not know. I recently got a new modem, however I checked firewalls and did all the Xbox website suggestions. I thought it may have been the Teredo, because if I go to windows settings and check the Xbox network, it says there is no Teredo connection. So I would hit fix and then refresh. Then everything was open and working. I would like to note I am still able to join back into parties even if I don't hit the fix and refresh button in settings.

Any suggestions or anyone with similar problems? This problem was recent and started for me about two weeks ago, So I am not sure what caused it. Liked I said a new Modem could have done it but I would not know where and what about the modem would cause this problem.
