Xbox game bar makes me sound like a robot.

So earlier today, I updated xbox game bar in the store. I was talking to my friends in a party and everything was working fine. After I did the update, they told me I sound like a robot. I have troubleshooted in every way I could possibly find, every video, forum, article, nothing has worked. Is there any way I can rollback to a previous version of xbox game bar? My audio is completely fine on any other voice chat software, discord, game chat etc. It has to be an xbox game bar software issue.

    :)

Hello JoeJames3, I am a person with the same problem, but I think I have a way for you to fix it.

    First go into windows settings.

Then go into system settings on the left side look for sound and click it.

Then on the top right look for sound control panel and click it then click recording

Then click your microphone then click advanced then hit the drop-down menu and click the bottom one.
    This worked!! :D

Would not be. If it was a version error it would be a general error.

If the problem is not with the headset, then it could be a very common network error as well.

So you just need to configure your internet devices now.

They are unconfigured, so have access restrictions, causing these errors.

If you do not have knowledge, I advise you to contact the ISP that they will do for you

set a fixed ip for the console/PC, open the ports described below, disable and enable the UPnP function and disable the modem firewall, if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Put console/PC IP in DMZ zone.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

You can ask ISP(Internet Service Provider) for help

    Hello!

My name is Dérek, I'm an independent platform consultant and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help you.

    4. Copy the commands below, paste them into Windows PowerShell in administrative mode and press Enter at the end of each one (in the order presented):

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} [Enter]

    Get-appxpackage -all *shellexperience* -packagetype bundle |% {add-appxpackage -register -disabledevelopmentmode ($_.installlocation + “C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost_1.0.0.2_neutral_ShellExperienceHost.laac0539cc_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AppxManifest.xml”)} [Enter]

Powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml[Enter]

Go to your windows update and click on get updates

    After updating

See which version is your windows this way, and tell me

The version consists of 4 digits

Update everything in both places, and let me know if it works

Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type

    And connectivity

Let's try this IP and cache cleanup, please
