XBOX Game bar LFG Issues. Completely useless on PC compared to the Xbox version.

Thanks for confirming that your issue is about the PC version of Looking for Group (LFG). In that case, Xbox Console Companion has been a great help for streaming, LFG and installation of games in the previous versions of the Windows. Now, that Windows 10 and Windows 11 is updated, the Xbox Console Companion will be moved over to Xbox app. Where Xbox app will help you manage your game library and subscription, while the built in app - Xbox Game Bar will help you with the recording, capturing, linking of account, and managing headset/microphone and LFG.

When I try to post on LFG using the XBox Game Bar, the game bar crashes.

But if I join other people's LFG, it works fine without crashing.

Help would be appreciated.

Update: I reinstalled the Xbox Game Bar (using
this article) and now it works! Thanks for all the help!

There's no way it can compare to the PC version. I'm not saying the 360 version will suck but compared to the PC version it will be limited. One big issue is not being able to add anything to the game, the PC version has countless mods and improvements that
MS will not allow. If you have a decent PC you're better off buying it for that, seriously.
