Xbox Game Bar issue while connected in party

I'm having the same issue. Unable to connect to party chat using Xbox Game Bar and Xbox Companion. It started between 8pm and 830pm EST.

if you are using game bar sometimes it will do that when the bar is closed while playing a game or doing anything else. i think your best bet for a party would be to use xbox console companion. i have yet to have a problem with party chats when using that.

If you are experiencing issues with the party chat while the game bar is overlaying, we suggest enabling "Push to Talk" before speaking to your party.

To enable or disable "Push to Talk," in the Party widget, select the Party options button, choose Party audio, and then select or clear the "Enable Push to Talk" checkbox.
"Push to Talk" is disabled by default.

There isn't a problem with my Xbox Live connection and my Xbox doesn't warn me about any NAT issues. I don't know why my connection is like this, but when I play I usually have 3-4 connection bars and can play usually without lag. When trying to join my
friend's Xbox Live Party, I get the message popup in the top right "Can't connect to Party" and if I hit the center Xbox button on the controller, the party tab says "Cannot connect to Xbox Live Party. There may be connection issues." I can however, connect
to Xbox Live and play online.
